Our safeguarding principles and processes are outlined in our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. This incorporates many best practice documents and guidance, and reflects the values and practices of both Working Together to Safeguard Children and Keeping Children Safe in Education Statutory Guidance.

There are many helpful safeguarding resources in our resources section, covering a variety of topics and focusses. Some key ones we would like to highlight here are:

- Safeguarding Network - Has a well organised and comprehensive resource section providing accessible information on a wide range of risks and subjects.
- NSPCC - Lots of information available on their website, opportunities for further training, and a helpline to provide advice and support to young people and adults.
- UK Safer Internet Centre - Experts in online safety providing information, resources and advice for dealing with concerns.
- The Mix - comprehensive information and support (over the phone, 1-2-1 chat or crisis messenger) for under 25s.
- Heads Together - A coalition of mental health charities providing comprehensive mental health information and support.
